At Eva, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Eva account and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back into its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and schedule a free courier pickup or drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
